Acantus gebruikt de Site Stats feature van WordPress om te analyseren op welke wijze bezoekers de website gebruiken. Het registreert bijvoorbeeld het aantal bezoekers en houdt gegevens bij omtrent hun algemeen gedrag, zoals bijvoorbeeld het gemiddeld aantal pagina’s die een bezoeker bekijkt.

Persoonsgegevens
Acantus (feitelijke vereniging) verwerkt en gebruikt persoonsgegevens om 4 redenen:
- Aankopen van tickets (toestemming)
Voor het aankopen van tickets voor onze concerten, vragen we u om persoonsgegevens (naam en e-mailadres) te verstrekken. Deze gegevens worden gebruikt om de verkoop van tickets correct te kunnen uitvoeren:
- Klaarleggen van de tickets aan de kassa op de concertavond
- Opvolgen van de betaling
- Bevestigen van de aankoop via mail
- Contactname in geval van programmawijziging of annulatie
De gegevens worden digitaal opgeslagen op eigen – met sterke paswoorden en disk encryptie – beveiligde computers.
Bij het verzamelen van de gegevens wordt expliciet gevraagd zich akkoord te verklaren met de privacypolicy.
- Steunen van Acantus (toestemming)
U kan Acantus steunen. De gegevens die u daarbij verstrekt (naam, firmanaam,adres, telefoonnummer en e-mailadres), worden gebruikt om de beloofde diensten (afhankelijk van het sponsorbedrag) correct te kunnen uitvoeren:
- Leveren van de CD’s
- Leveren of klaarleggen van de gratis tickets
- Communicatie omtrent de aanlevering van het logo van uw bedrijf
De gegevens worden opgeslagen op onze eigen beveiligde computers.
Bij het verzamelen van de gegevens wordt expliciet gevraagd zich akkoord te verklaren met de privacypolicy.
- Communicatie (gerechtvaardigd belang)
Wanneer u e-mail of post naar ons verzendt, is het mogelijk dat we die berichten bewaren. Soms vragen wij u naar uw persoonlijke gegevens die voor de desbetreffende situatie relevant zijn (bijvoorbeeld voor de bestelling van een CD, de aanvraag van een auditie of de communicatie omtrent concertafspraken). Dit maakt het mogelijk uw vragen te verwerken en uw verzoeken te beantwoorden. De gegevens worden opgeslagen op onze eigen beveiligde computers.
- E-mail campagnes (gerechtvaardigd belang)
Acantus maakt ook gebruik van persoonsgegevens voor het versturen van elektronische mails (e-mail campagnes) om nieuwe concerten en projecten aan te kondigen (een aantal keer per jaar). We maken daarvoor gebruik van Mailchimp. De gegevens die daar bijgehouden worden in een contactenlijst zijn naam en e-mail adres, en worden veilig opgeslagen op de servers van Mailchimp. Naam en e-mailadres zijn absoluut de enige gegevens die gebruikt worden voor deze e-mail campagnes. Acantus baseert zijn e-mail campagnes dus nooit op basis van het gedrag op sociale media, surfgedrag of geolocatie. Iedereen is vrij om zich op die mailing lijst in- en uit te schrijven. Bij elke mailing die verstuurd wordt, vindt U bovendien de mogelijkheid om uw gegevens aan te passen. U vindt er ook de mogelijkheid u uit te schrijven op alle e-mail. Uw gegevens beheren/verwijderen en communicatievoorkeuren

Acantus (actual association) processes and uses personal data for 4 reasons:
- Purchase of tickets (permission)
To purchase tickets for our concerts, we ask you to provide personal information (name and e-mail address). This data is used to correctly carry out the sale of tickets:

- Supports Acantus (permission)
You can support Acantus. The information that you provide (name, company name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) is used to correctly perform the promised services (depending on the sponsor amount):
Delivery of the CDs
Deliver or prepare the free tickets
Communication regarding the delivery of the logo of your company
The data is stored on our own secure computers.
When collecting the data, you are explicitly asked to agree to the privacy
policy.
- Communication (legitimate interest)
When you send e-mail or mail to us, we may save those messages. Sometimes we ask you for your personal information that is relevant to the situation in question (for example, for ordering a CD, requesting an audition or communication regarding concert arrangements). This makes it possible to process your questions and answer your requests. The data is stored on our own secure computers.
- Email campaigns (legitimate interest)
Acantus also uses personal data to send electronic mails (e-mail campaigns) to announce new concerts and projects (a number of times a year). We use Mailchimp for this. The data stored there in a contact list are name and e-mail address, and are securely stored on Mailchimp’s servers. Name and e-mail address are absolutely the only data used for these e-mail campaigns. Acantus never bases its e-mail campaigns based on social media behavior, surfing behavior or geolocation. Everyone is free to subscribe and unsubscribe to that mailing list. With every mailing that is sent, you will also find the option to adjust your data. You will also find the option to unsubscribe from all e-mails. In that case you will no longer receive any other e-mails. You can find more information about Mailchimp’s privacy policy here.
Manage / delete your data and communication preferences

Third parties
Acantus does not pass on any personal data to other parties, unless this is necessary for the purposes described above (eg management of the contact list in Mailchimp).
